As your coach, I am a tomb. My commitment to you is the complete confidence of anonymity.

Now, here’s the fun part. As the client, you have complete control over the boundaries of your coaching experience. You are welcome to talk about your progress if that interests you. Some of my clients prefer privacy while others enjoy talking to friends and colleagues about their experiences. It’s similar to those who enjoy sharing a good gym workout they had, it’s totally up to you.
